The room made me feel sick as soon as I walked in. It smelled of cigarettes despite being advertised as non-smoking, and the ventilation seems to carry smoke from other rooms. The sound insulation is very poor.

I traveled there during my Beijing trip, and they really need some English-speaking housekeeping service.

Everything was clean, and things ran efficiently.

The food became hard to stomach after a few days. It sticks to very traditional dishes, with little for anyone who dislikes spicy or sweet-and-sour flavors, and there didn't seem to be an alternative. The hotel looks nice, but the carpets had big stains and rubbish wasn't always cleared promptly or properly. It's not a bad place, though the location is inconvenient and the price feels high. There's room to improve.
