The Thai restaurant was the best part of the food experience, but the hotel itself felt very rundown. I spent four nights there on a Nexus tour, and room 1207 had a shower floor that filled with water and drained slowly. The air conditioning wasn't working, and I saw a guest smoking in the restaurant despite the no-smoking sign. Very little English was spoken. It's a long way from the day tours, so I wouldn't recommend it to travelers with Nexus tours.

I'm in room 1305 for a three-week Covid quarantine and it's my fourth day here. The room costs 550¥ per day, and we're not allowed to order food from elsewhere. I've told them about 100 times that I'm allergic to onion and garlic, and I've been very polite, but every meal has included both. I've only been able to eat rice. Now they've brought a meal made of onion and garlic with just four small cubes of meat in the middle. I have pictures of every meal and I'm starving. How am I supposed to get through the next 17 days? This is against all human rights. The rooms are super dirty and everything is disgusting. Everyone should stay away from this hotel.

This place is a long way from the city, but the rooms are big and the spa is amazing. We turned left at the road and came across a few places to eat.
