Super 8 Hotel Premier (Beijing Workers' Stadium Sanlitun Chunxiu Road)

The rooms are average, maybe a little below, but you get what you pay for. The service was really good, and the staff were very helpful.

I stayed there in July with my bike, and it was all right. Good location, but they don't accept credit cards. :(

Awful. The first room we got was tiny and filthy. There was pee on the toilet, toothpaste splattered on the faucet, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the electrical outlets didn't work. We explained the problems the next day and were moved to a better room that looked a little cleaner. The bathroom was still bad, though: there were clumps of hair in the shower, and the corners were so dirty they looked black. Wiping them with a paper towel left it brown, which said plenty about the hygiene. I asked for the shower to be cleaned, but the maid just rinsed the hair toward the drain with shower water, so it wasn't cleaned at all. We also asked about laundry and were told it would be 5 yuan. We agreed, then learned after handing over our clothes that it was 5 yuan per item. The bill came to 145 yuan, and the receptionist didn't offer any discount. Avoid this hotel. You can find much better elsewhere.

Having a restaurant next door was convenient.
