The Classic Courtyard

The location is excellent, right beside Lama Temple and between two metro stations, with plenty of food nearby. Breakfast and laundry are free. The staff were attentive, very friendly, and efficient.

The staff are what make this place stand out. The ladies were lovely, friendly, and accommodating, spoke decent English, and helped with advice and bookings when we asked. We took the Great Wall tour with lunch, and it was great. The hotel has been completely renovated in recent years, and the new style looks beautiful. Rooms are modern, with comfortable beds, drinks in the fridge at no charge, more tea, an amazing shower, and a smart toilet. Breakfast is great too, and there’s a coffee corner with as much high-quality tea and coffee as you like. Shops and restaurants are just steps away, and the central location is near the metro, Lama Temple, and Confuscius temple. I’d happily stay again on our next trip to Beijing.

The hotel has recently been renovated, though the pictures don’t really match what it looks like now. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with thick blankets, a great rain shower, and a coffee corner. Staff speak good English and are very helpful. And the Chinese breakfast they served was delicious! 🫶 It’s right in the CENTER of Beijing, conveniently beside the Lama Temple and a metro station. As a foreigner, Apple Maps made the hotel easy enough to find. Have fun, you’ll love the hotel and Beijing 🙌🏽☺️

The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice design. It’s new, and there’s the Xiaotu XiaotuAI system and a projector TV. Breakfast was good, and the staff were really friendly.
