We spent two weeks in a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a washer, dryer, and kitchen. The staff were friendly, and the subway station on line No. 1 is a 10-minute walk away. There aren't really any nice restaurants nearby, and traffic can get congested on the streets around the hotel. Breakfast leaned more toward Chinese food than Western.

They kept my security deposit for weeks and wouldn't return it. I have photos from both check-in and checkout, and they'd already completed a full inventory before I left. There were no issues.

We were a family of six in a three-bedroom apartment, and the washer and dryer plus the big dining area made family meals much easier. The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel's restaurant had a daily breakfast buffet with a great mix of local and continental style options. The whole hotel was very clean, and it had a nice pool and gym. There's a grocery store about a 15-minute walk away, a great museum five minutes away, and a bank with an ATM for cash withdrawals. A very comfortable apartment-style hotel for families.

The room was huge and well kept, and the bed, pillows, and linens were all great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I didn't get to try the other facilities, but I had a really nice stay and was pleasantly surprised.
