We paid 350 in local currency in June 2024 for the cheapest room, which had no window. It was still perfect, and you wouldn't have guessed it was windowless. The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was really comfortable. The hotel also accepts foreigners, which isn't true of every hotel in China. Be ready for a lot of patience at the front desk. The staff don't speak English, and even using phone translators, it took hours to get things understood. Luckily, we found a man who spoke English and sorted it out for us. I can't say whether this is specific to this hotel, but it's definitely complicated here.

The room was full of greasy cooking fumes from the restaurant downstairs. The smell was so strong I had to wear a mask to sleep. I've never stayed in such a bad hotel. After I got home, all the clothes in my suitcase still smelled of cooking oil.
