Xana Lite Beijing Tiananmen Dazhalan

The location is the only good thing I can say about this place. The room was filthy and smoky, with stained walls and curtains and a broken curtain rod. There were flies in the room too. Smoking is allowed everywhere, so the smoke and dirt aren't surprising. I wouldn't recommend it. The managers spoke only Chinese and weren't very helpful. At checkout, I asked them to arrange a taxi and paid them, but at the airport the driver said the payment had been cancelled, so I had to pay him again. The administrator lied to me. Another time, while I was waiting in the lobby for my guide, the guide called to ask if anyone was there. The girl at the desk said no, even though I was sitting there.
