There's a shopping centre right next to the hotel, though the goods there aren't cheap. Inside, the rooms are spacious for two and comfortable, and everything was in good order. Breakfast had a generous spread of delicious food.

Everything here was great.

The rooms, service, and location were all okay. The pool was the bad part. I took the kids there expecting a typical hotel pool, but it seemed to be run by a third party. They were rude when handing out towels, then said the kids couldn't swim without caps. Fair enough, but trying to charge us 70 AUD for five caps wasn't acceptable at a five-star hotel.

Taking the kids to the pool was another headache. The staff were rude and wanted nearly $70 AUD for five swimming caps. They also gave us a smaller room than the one we'd paid for. We didn't realize until our first night, and although it was eventually sorted out, it was frustrating after a tiring trip.

There's a good night's sleep to be had in the well-equipped, roomy rooms. The hotel is modern and the rooms are comfortable, but the service feels basic. Facilities are limited to a reception area, swimming pool, and restaurant, with no café or spa. The surrounding area has lots of high-rises and not much green space.
