I really liked how close the hotel was to the city's attractions, and I'd likely stay there again if I return to Beijing. Just be aware that traffic at busy times can mean a staggering amount of honking, audible from inside the room. My room was nice, though it ran a bit warmer than I prefer. The thermostat didn't seem to make any difference, no matter what I tried. Only a few staff spoke any English, and only a few of those could help much, but some staff knew enough to assist.

Our stay was excellent, but we were especially impressed by how the staff handled a serious personal problem. It could have ruined our trip. We contacted them right away, and they responded quickly and professionally, using every resource they had to sort it out fast.

It's just over 600 meters to Metro Line 5, which I found convenient, and there is an airport shuttle too. The hotel is a standard four-star property with complete facilities, a pleasant environment, good cleanliness and little noise at night. Its location is great for getting around: Wangfujing and Tiananmen Square aren't far, and Nanluoguxiang is only two subway stops away. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, including lots of popular little shops. I really like this hotel and would stay again when I visit Beijing.
