The rooms are nice and the hotel is in a very good location. We did sometimes notice a slight smell of smoke or sewage in the shower and toilet area. Nora at the front desk was amazing, though. We had trouble paying our taxi driver, texted her for help, and she saved us. Thank you, Nora!

It's very central and close to the hutong, and the front desk was always helpful whenever I asked something. Finding the hotel was hard, though, because there was no English signboard. The only obvious marker was the two huge patterns out front.
