The bed and room were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well even in autumn. It's very close to Changbai Mountain tourist center, though there aren't many amenities nearby.

The front desk manager was helpful, and after we showed them a photo of the yellow stain inside our bed blanket, they moved us to an upgraded room. But that room had a towel with another yellow mark that looked unwashed, so we complained again and were given fresh fruit for the trouble. The bathroom smelled strange, and by then moving rooms again felt like too much hassle, so we stayed. The service was good, but the cleanliness was disgusting. I can't believe a four-star Marriott Brand hotel could be this dirty. One of the worst hotels we've stayed in, and we definitely won't be back. People should beware.

The breakfast spread was really good, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. That powerful hair dryer was especially handy in the -9°C winter weather. A very beautiful hotel, highly recommended.

The staff here were really nice, and the atmosphere made for a pleasant short stay in a foreign country. I had a king bed as an SPG member, and the breakfast was solid, which is my top priority. As usual, I have to praise the Sheraton hotels. Thank you, and have a nice day!

Wi-Fi got a bit slow in the evenings, but the big indoor pool and gym were great for someone active like me. Comfortable room, good breakfast, and friendly staff.
