Hyatt Place Changchun Jingyue

I’d give this hotel zero stars if I could. I stayed here for about three and a half weeks last summer, and more than once someone came into my room after I’d put up the do not disturb sign. Some of my money also went missing a couple of times. I was told a police report had been issued, but I never received it. I asked about these problems repeatedly and nothing was done. The rooms themselves are nice, but many have a strong smoke smell, and I saw people smoking in their rooms all the time. The breakfast was okay, though turning the lights off at 10am when it ends feels like a bit of a liability. Some staff were nice, while others just had blank expressions. The service was almost nonexistent, and management didn’t seem to care after several conversations about my stay. I’d never stay here again. The smoke, missing money, and poor service made it a terrible experience. The Hyatt Regency downtown has much better service.
