This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in China. I checked in on 23.12.2025, arriving around 10pm when it was -15degree. As the three of us, two women and me, got off the bus, about four hotel staff watched us drag around 10 pieces of 30 litre luggage along a snowy road without helping. I asked one staff member to find someone to assist, but he just walked away. Then, at the main entrance, I saw the same staff helping two adults who had just arrived by car and offering to carry their two bags.

The reception team handled our questions quickly and professionally. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel is modern and luxurious with top-notch amenities. I’d happily stay here again next time. Highly recommended!
