The room was excellent, and there are some conference discounts. It was spacious too. The hotel itself is bigger than I expected, with impressive design inside and out. I stayed a few days from December 14th for a conference, whose main office was in the hotel. But the layout and support for the conference were pretty poor. Staff were polite when asked to return rooms that had been checked out at different levels. Breakfast was great, with soup, rice, vegetables, and a kitchen to try. The staff spoke only English. There wasn't a European restaurant, though vegetarian options were available if you preferred. We were lucky to find a shady one nearby. It's definitely off-putting for foreign tourists.
