The room setup for three people was a letdown. There wasn't a proper triple room, so we got a foldable spring mattress instead. It was noisy and uncomfortable, and I could feel the metal springs while lying on it. The regular bed was much too soft as well, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with back or spine problems since it could lead to aches and poor sleep. The carpet was stained and didn't look well cared for, and the hotel's cleanliness fell short. Smoking is allowed indoors, and our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. It was very unpleasant, especially for nonsmokers or families with children. The facilities and comfort didn't meet expectations. Management should improve the cleanliness, rooms, and comfort for guests.

Everyone was helpful and polite, from the people at the front door to the service staff and dining team. They kept smiling while going about their work.
