For a one-night business stay, I had a king room. The rooms are clean, modern, and well maintained, and breakfast had a good selection. It has what you'd expect from a Hampton by Hilton. The area is quiet, with a busy restaurant street nearby and a train station close by. There's not much else around the neighbourhood, and despite the name, Wuyi Squre is quite a distance away. Would I return? Maybe.

I loved how convenient the separate washer and dryer were for guests. You can check their progress and availability on the room TV. Breakfast also had a huge spread, and the service from everyone was excellent, from the counter staff to the bedding staff.

The breakfast was barely edible, and there wasn't much variety. The service team did manage to find a pair of earphones we'd left in the room and forward them to our next destination, which was great. After that, though, a staff member texted four or five times asking for a 5☆ rating. That felt shameless and annoying.

When the air conditioning stopped working, they apologized by giving us fruit. We also had two goldfish and a turtle that we couldn't take home, so the staff helped keep them for us.
