I was glad to meet ms. Chenty manager at reception. She speaks perfect English and made every conversation easy, with kindness and real professionalism. The hotel and bed were comfortable, and housekeeping was good. Thank you.

The room was clean, and the receptionist was nice. I was impressed from the moment I arrived. Even though I can't speak Chinese, Mr.Tom wan, his friend, and the night shift staff tried to help me. Thanks for helping find a car to zhangjiajie, and for all your help.

It's a nice new hotel. The only issue is the connectivity to mainland.

Fine for a one-night stay.

The location was convenient for eating out or getting takeout. The room was average and fairly clean, with a refrigerator, though the soundproofing wasn't very good. Breakfast was average too, but had the usual expected choices.
