Howard Johnson Huachen Plaza Changsha

I’m reviewing the 8th-floor restaurant today, rather than the hotel. In my opinion, it has the most enjoyable International Seafood Buffett. There was a wide selection: fresh raw oysters, cooked or grilled oysters, cold and grilled crabs, prawns, scalloped, seasonal hairy crabs, BBQ fish, and lots of meat. Desserts included Haggen Das ice cream. There were red and white wines to go with the seafood and meat, imported beers, and fruit drinks, both freshly squeezed and canned. My only complaints were that the time allowed to enjoy it felt short because of Changsha traffic, and that my stomach and appetite had their limits 😂😂😂😂😂. Let me slip in a little advert: thanks to Ubingo for generously including this dinner in their itinerary. I’d review them again at the end of our trip here.
