Quick check-in was a plus, especially when booking online. The front lounge and lobby are beside a nice restaurant with both light and more filling meals. It's a lovely budget hotel, and the two front loading washing machines on the 19th floor were a nice touch.

Getting around was convenient, with the bus station, train station and airport shuttle all within easy reach, along with taxis and dining options. But the first floor, shared with other shops, felt messy. My room was small and had a strange smell. Cleaning wasn't thorough either, there was hair from previous guests around the sink and basin.

For 76, a king-size room is quite a deal. It was clean and tidy, and had everything I needed, including a full-length mirror, hair dryer and kettle. I only needed somewhere to sleep for up to five hours, so having no window didn't bother me. The air conditioning warmed the room in about five minutes, the bathroom had strong water pressure, and there was no smell in the room. The glasses holders by the bed were such a nice surprise. Great value, and so convenient across from the train station. I'd give it a thumbs up, and it's a must-stay in Changsha!
