The upper-floor rooms have lovely views, and the hotel's distinctive atmosphere was a real plus for us. Its location is great too. Service could be more attentive and efficient, though. The lifts are quite old: the first one we took got stuck at the 8th floor, so we had to switch to another. With updated elevators and better service, the stay could be much better.

Xiao Jiang arranged the wedding anniversary decorations we requested, and the staff even upgraded our room for free. Xiao Li was very friendly. My wife was so happy with the surprise, and it became one of her most memorable gifts. Thanks again to the hotel team. I'd definitely return for another vacation, with love and thanks.

The rooms have a modern, boutique-hotel feel with nice themes. The location is ideal for nightlife and river views. Service was excellent too, and whenever we came back in the extreme heat, the front desk offered us water.

The staff were friendly and the service was great during my four-night stay. There wasn't a refrigerator, though, and they didn't speak English very well.
