The breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel is centrally located near the main tourist attractions and lots of food. I stayed a couple of nights and had a great time. They also gave us a free dinner, which was good, though the rice was clumpy and wrapped in cling wrap, so it didn’t seem freshly cooked.

The room was roomy, with great city views, and the toilet had washing functions. I stayed two nights and found the seventh-floor lobby setup unusual; the front desk team made check-in easy and were very helpful. The hotel is only minutes from exit 8, with direct underground access to the metro, and shops and plenty of places to eat all around. Breakfast was fine, though nothing special. I did miss having AI assistance in the room.

The room itself was decent, and the hotel is right in the city center. But the air conditioning kept turning on for a second and then off for ten seconds once it reached its set temperature, repeating that cycle all night. It was hard to sleep, so we left it off, which meant dealing with the heat; opening the windows was noisy. Staff and a technician said they didn't understand the problem, even though my partner speaks Chinese. We got the impression they knew about the programming but couldn't or wouldn't change it. Service felt mediocre.

The room was spacious and breakfast was good. It's also very handy for getting around, with the metro just a two-minute walk away and tourist spots, shops, and places to eat nearby.
