6/10
There was a grocery store and hot pot restaurant nearby, and not much else. The hotel is mid-to-high quality. I found the bed a little firm, though I liked it. Since the weather was cool, opening the window was enough and the air conditioning didn't seem needed. Changzhou's air quality was acceptable.

It's handy for business travelers, right across from the World Trade Center, though quite a distance from the train station. The room was clean enough, with good soundproofing and a nice window view. The air conditioning didn't cool very well, and the blankets were so thick that getting the temperature comfortable was difficult.

I stayed for two days in early spring 2018, and the room was fairly clean. The lobby, corridors, and breakfast restaurant were cold, with no heating. The lower floors, which likely aren't part of the hotel, were in poor condition and showed damage.

A bit old-fashioned, but clean and comfortable, with quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay.
