I had a fantastic five-day stay. The Japanese restaurant was a real favorite, and breakfast had plenty of variety for international guests. I also loved the service, interior and atmosphere. From the 21st floor, the view was a pleasure to look at. One of Chengdu’s best five-star hotels.

The rooms are spacious enough, with an advanced self-control console and nice amenities. There are plenty of choices at the breakfast restaurant, and the staff are nice. The hotel is near Lang Kwai Fung, shopping centers and restaurants, though you’ll need a 5-10 minute taxi ride to get to them. Amazing hotel.

The staff were polite and friendly, and they took care of questions and requests. But the rooms smelled smoky, and the lighting was dim throughout the hotel and hallways.

Nice hotel and very good service. Most of the staff understand English, and there’s a subway station close by. The nearby stores were crappy, with expensive counterfeit products.
