City Inn Kuan-Zhai Lane Chengdu

I was in room 521 from August 24-27, 2018. Getting around was easy: the hotel is opposite Kuanzhai Alley, beside Exit D at Tonghuimen Station on Metro Line 2, which goes straight to the Chunxi Road shopping area. There's a convenience store next door, and Qintai Ancient Street and the restaurant-packed Xi'an Road are both walkable. The room was small but clean. I could hear people talking in the hallway, and the mattress squeaked whenever I turned. The bathroom was roomy, with separate wet and dry areas and plenty of hot water. Breakfast had steamed buns, cold dishes, Sichuan tea eggs (definitely try them, they were delicious), and both dry and soup noodles. A bowl of Yibin yanmian got me up early. 😉
