The lounge service and food at intercontinental global center were good. The front desk team here was also very helpful and accommodating, and I appreciated them bending the rules a little for us. Thanks as well for the room upgrade. Getting to Line 4 takes an easy three-minute Didi ride. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

This was our second visit, and it'll be our last. The hotel feels too far from five-star standards. We found several problems as soon as we entered the room: the bathroom sink was clogged and dirty, with water stains and rust around the room. The shower door didn't shut properly, so water got onto the floor, and there were stains on the sofa and sheets that hadn't been straightened properly. We told the front desk right away. A server came to look and said the issues were due to “old fixtures” and that we weren't being charged for them. She cleaned a few small things around the sink and reset its stopper, but didn't really address the problems. Her indifference felt strange, as if she didn't care about our concerns, the hotel's image, or its hygiene.

The room needed better upkeep, especially cleaning. They moved us to another room, and while the hotel was comfortable overall, the gym equipment looked very old. Thanks for the hospitality.

The breakfast buffet has plenty of choices, and both it and the lounge are comfortable places to spend time. Staff were helpful, and most spoke English. It's a nice business hotel if you're visiting the OLED Fabs. The entrance can confuse drivers a bit since it's next door to the Holiday Inn Express.
