The rooms are nice, and the location is convenient. The staff were attentive, friendly, professional, and really helpful. I’ve stayed at plenty of five-star hotels, and their service here went beyond what I expected, even compared with some international five-star places. I don’t usually leave positive reviews, but this hotel earned one from me.

Lucky, the mascot dog, was a joy to watch and play with. The hotel has beautiful interiors, great rooms, and excellent service. It’s in a prime spot, close to lots of amenities.

The staff made this one of my best hotel stays. The rooms had great city views, breakfast was amazing, and everyone was helpful. When I lost my wallet with cash, documents, and cards at Panda reaserch center, reception staff member Echo Chen spent four hours helping me get it back. He tracked down the bar where I'd lost it, called the police, escorted me to the station, and arranged everything. I can't thank him enough. If you're visiting China for the first time, especially as a foreigner, the staff can also help you figure out how to get around and what you need. I'll definitely come back.
