We barely had time to use the facilities since we left at 7 AM for our flight, but the staff were exceptionally friendly and made our short stay very pleasant. We arrived late on New Year’s Eve and found the hotel quiet and peaceful. Our driver said the Tianfu district is still developing. There’s a lively strip mall across the road with plenty of restaurants, and the location is convenient.

Everyone was friendly and professional. The hotel is near the airport, and communicating in English through WeChat was no problem.

The breakfast was delicious, and Accor platinum members can have afternoon tea and an evening set. Staff were helpful and the service was good. They upgraded our room to a very good suite. The location is convenient, not far from Sancha Station and Chengdu Tianfu International Airport.

The afternoon tea desserts were beautifully presented and tasty, especially the panda mousse, chocolate mille-feuille, and little pastries. The main frustration was Happy Hour: members only had two daily set menu choices, and about 80% of the dishes overlapped. That got tiresome for a long stay, since even good food loses its appeal when it's repeated for days. I hope that improves. The duplex suite on the top floor really impressed me. Opening the door, I saw a floor-to-ceiling window looking over the new development, Garden Expo Park, and the Ferris wheel. The view made the room feel open. Its duplex layout gave good privacy, and the three-meter sofa and two-meter dining table felt grand. The two suites on one floor mixed modern and classic styles nicely, with thoughtful lighting and sofas, while music on the TV added a calm touch. My afternoon check-in on December 27, 2025 went smoothly thanks to Receptionist Deng. He was professional, attentive, warm, and proactive, handling things himself. Seeing him busy in the lobby made his dedication clear. This was one of my few really good Accor experiences lately, and I plan to return. I also hope the Accor Group will address how selling membership cards has led to widespread Platinum memberships, and find a way to distinguish frequent business travelers from general customers to restore the group's image.
