The air conditioning didn’t work in either of two different rooms. The staff were helpful, to be honest.

I complained twice that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Nobody came up the first time. Someone came the second time, but all they did was open the window. ???

Comfy bed and a nice room.

I spent a night at 10,000 Hills and would’ve been satisfied even if I’d paid for it. There’s a 24-hour convenience store and a microwave on the first floor. Breakfast was much better than I expected.

I paid a fair amount for a top-floor room, but there was no bathtub. That was disappointing, since Kimpo Hotel, where I stayed the night before, cost the same and had one.
