We enjoyed our stay, and the apartment was in a good location. The room was comfortable and good for the price. The problem came when we tried to cook: the cookware was very old and started smoking a lot, which set off the fire alarm. When I opened the door, the manager sort of barged in and was a bit rude to us.

Our room faced the road and was noisy, though extra water came very quickly when we asked. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the night market. Check the bed for signs of bedbugs, we got bitten. There’s no mobile number for the front desk to use for deliveries, so E-sim users can run into problems placing delivery orders.

There are restaurants around the hotel, and a metro stop right outside, in a traditional neighborhood. The front desk was helpful. The rooms and furniture are somewhat basic, but it’s a fine hotel.

We stayed on Sept 11th & 12th, 2018, and had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean, with modern decor. Breakfast didn’t offer much variety, but it was sufficient. Miss Han Lijuan (June) at reception was exceptionally polite, patient, and helpful. She showed great customer service and represented the Holiday Inn brand extremely well. Holiday Inn should be proud to have Ms. Han Lijuan on staff.

Breakfast was very good, with plenty to choose from. The location is great too, the metro sub station is almost right outside when you leave the hotel.
