The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. Toiletries included a toothbrush, and there was a hairdryer, kettle, coffee, and tea. There’s no safe or fridge in the room. The iron and steamer are in the laundry room, and the washing machine and dryer are free to use. The hotel supplies detergent as well. Breakfast is simple but enough, the lobby has a shop, and staff are friendly.

A clean, cheap option for a quick stay, just a casual hotel. The gym is open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., which feels a bit too short, and it only has a running machine, but that’s fine for a little exercise. Breakfast is okay for a light meal: Chinese buns, meat, bread, eggs, sausages, very sweet yoghurt, and some fruit. It’s part of the Holiday Inn Express IHG group. I’d rate it 3.5.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast spread was good. Along with the standard Chinese options like steamed buns and noodles, there were cereals, salad, pastries, and bread. The laundry room costs a small amount, around 20 yuan per use. They cook the soup noodles on the spot, and adding a sunny-side-up egg gives them more flavour.

The room was clean, the location convenient, and the price very reasonable. There’s even a free dessert every night if you join the free membership.
