I came here to climb the mountain. The view was great, and the staff were helpful with our needs. We even got a free upgrade to an exec room. The hotel is very near the mountain and can take you straight to the bottom, where you need to transfer to the local tour coach. Do try the Chinese restaurant, Dao Yuan. The Sichuan food was very good. The room could be better, though. It was a bit dated, and the first one had mould, so the staff moved us to an Exec Room. I still think this is a great hotel.

We came with my family to celebrate my grandma's birthday, and I especially loved the hot springs. There was lots for guests to do, like mahjong and karaoke. I also liked having separate Western and Chinese restaurants, depending on what you feel like eating. It was a pretty good experience, and I'd come back if I could.

Getting to the train station was easy with the shuttle they provide. The resort itself has great facilities and grounds, and there are plenty of activities both there and in the area. The rooms were clean and spacious. A fantastic place for families.

It's a big convention hotel, and getting to the onsen from the room means a long walk. The front desk and onsen staff weren't friendly and didn't seem bothered to help.

There's no separation between smoking and non-smoking rooms, so sometimes the room smells. The facilities are old, but it's still not bad for a rest.
