The location in Wuhou District made getting around easy. Xiangnanli pedestrian block is right beside the hotel, and Metro Line 5 at Sanyuan Station is a short walk away. There are plenty of places to eat around Xiangnanli, from hotpot to lighter tea-house food, and the hotel is also convenient for business trips or sightseeing. My room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with modern decor, a sofa-bed, a generous workstation, and a comfortable king bed. The blackout curtains helped me sleep well, and the minibar, kettle, and reliable Wi-Fi were handy. The facilities were kept impressively clean from the start, and housekeeping was thorough each day. Front desk and common-area staff were friendly, responsive, and spoke good English, which was a real help as an international guest. Breakfast was a highlight, with a broad mix of Asian and Western dishes, including local Sichuan flavors. The sizable indoor pool and well-equipped fitness centre were good places to unwind after exploring or meetings. The hotel feels like strong value compared with similar 4-star options in Chengdu, given the brand and facilities. I only wished the AC temperature control were a little more precise. Otherwise, my few nights at Hyatt Place Chengdu Pebble Walk were comfortable and satisfying, with modern rooms and helpful service at a price that didn't feel steep. The gym, pool, and restaurant round out the stay, and I'd recommend it to solo travellers, families, or business guests.

It's a little way out from downtown, but the metro and a department store are nearby. Good food and other things are easy to find.

We had a well-designed 2b2b room for our family of six, with plenty of space, and stayed for four days. The staff were kind and eager to help. It's easy to find the hotel, set in a pleasant business area with lots of decent restaurants. The subway is about 10 minutes away, and the city centre takes around 30 minutes to reach. Breakfast was amazing, with a different menu each day and so many choices, all for just 50RMB per person. I'd definitely stay here on my next trip to ChengDu.

The Google Maps location is wrong. The hotel is beside the ChangDu 1st Hospital Station and across from a huge mall. For my first trip to China, Hyatt didn't disappoint. The rooms were clean, the service was great, and it felt more like a 4 to 4.5 star hotel than a 3 star one. I suspect there was some down voting. There's a cute old town-style area right outside, with a 7-11 and lots of restaurants, plus the huge mall across the street. The hotel shares a great, large gym, and there's an indoor pool. To get to the pool, you have to go through the shared gym bathrooms on the third level. Staff spoke English and were very professional, including the cleaners, who deserve a salute. The buffet breakfast had a good mix of local and Western food. The hotel and staff have made me want to return to China again and again. If it's your first time, Hyatt gets it right.
