Getting around was easy, with public transport close by and plenty of restaurants nearby. I picked H House over H place because its rooms are higher up and larger. The room was spotless and had no cigarette smell. Check-in and checkout went smoothly thanks to the English-speaking staff, and breakfast was excellent.

There's plenty around the hotel: a popular hotpot place downstairs, a 24-hour 7-11 just outside, KFC a minute away, and a big shopping centre about a five-minute walk. The area itself is quiet but convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast has lots of choices. A great Hyatt hotel.

I wouldn't stay here again, even on Hyatt points. The pool couldn't be used because of ongoing renovations, the internet didn't work even with a VPN, and my room had no AC or heating and a broken fridge. There was cigarette smoke in the bathroom despite having a non-smoking room. The front desk had no English, and the only decent food nearby seemed to be in the overpriced mall across the street. A waste of Hyatt points. Save your money for a truly non-smoking hotel closer to the city centre.
