I especially liked the breakfast buffet and the thoughtful touches that made the stay worthwhile. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and nice, and the staff are really kind and helpful. I love staying here and definitely recommend it.

A great place to stay in Chengdu. The rooms are nice, the service is great, and the breakfast buffet has plenty of options, including traditional Sichuan cuisine.

The air conditioning was the worst part. It gets loud when it starts up, then shuts off completely once it reaches the set temperature, so the noise drops sharply. When the room warms up, it kicks in and gets noisy all over again. My room itself was old, smelly, and cramped, with an awkward structure taking up a lot of space. This was the worst Intercontinental hotel I've stayed at.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and having direct access to the mall made the location really convenient. Breakfast had plenty of choices each morning, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I had a great stay!

We were grateful to leave some luggage with the concierge for a few days before check-in, which meant we didn't have to carry it around. Our stay at IC Chengdu Century City may have been our best at an InterContinental so far, with absolutely nothing to complain about. As an IHG Diamond Ambassador, we were upgraded to a King Jr Suite with a dining area and a spectacular view of the Global Center. The bathroom was fantastic, with a twin shower and whirlpool bathtub. We spent an evening at the hotel bar using our welcome drinks while a band played cover songs. They were just right for the occasion. The lounge was nice, although its selection was a bit limited. The indoor "garden" restaurant was spectacular, with lush trees and birds making for a unique atmosphere. Breakfast there was amazing!
