The location isn't especially central, though the facilities make up for that if you're comfortable staying there. The bilingual reception staff were charming and at ease in both English and Chinese from check-in through checkout. My room was spacious and meticulously clean, with little design touches that added to the experience. A high-end hotel, and a very good stay.

We had a belated birthday stay, and the hotel left lovely decorations on the bed along with a thoughtful card. Such a nice touch! The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and nights were quiet. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and the service was great. Highly recommend!

The room was clean, though on the small side. I’m a GHA Discovery platinum member and hotels in the group usually recognize that, but when I ordered food and drinks here I was told there was no discount. The iced chocolate was the worst I’ve ever tried, watery like milk that had been diluted, and the cocktail tasted really bad too.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, breakfast had plenty of good options, and the staff were very helpful.
