I stayed one night here on the 19th April 2018. I arrived at 8.45pm hoping to have dinner and a drink, but the waitress said there was no menu because they were preparing for breakfast the next morning. Meanwhile, some local people came into the restaurant and were served dinner. No one speaks English, and the dining hall staff were VERY UNFRIENDLY.
10/10
We only stayed a few hours during a long layover. The hotel was clean and beautiful, and the staff were helpful. They didn’t understand much English, but used a translator to answer our questions. It’s about 10 minutes from the airport and offers a free shuttle every 30 minutes, though a taxi from CTU airport is around $5 US. Check-out is at 2:00pm, and the front desk is open 24hrs, so you can check in anytime. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

The room was comfortable and had a nice view, but the air conditioning on level 3 didn't work at all. I asked to switch rooms, and the receptionist said they were full?

I only stayed one night, and the room was nice. Muslim travelers should know there's a HALAL restaurant right beside the hotel entrance.
8/10
Everything else was nice, though the staff didn't seem very friendly.
