I spent about two weeks here in November 2018. The rooms are spacious, and the Wi-Fi worked well. There are subway stations within walking distance on both sides. Some rooms look out over the nearby river, though the sound of the falls could bother some people. The breakfast wasn't especially extensive, but it was fine. English communication may be difficult, and I think they need more elevators.

I had a very good three-week stay over the Spring Festival this year. Getting around from the hotel was convenient, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Housekeeping stood out for being especially professional, and the facilities felt thoughtfully arranged. I'll stay here again when I come back to Chengdu.
