The burger I ordered from late-night room service on my second night was so good I seriously thought about getting another. It was full of flavour and well made, just what I want from late-night dining in a luxury hotel. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, though I think international travellers might appreciate a bit more Western variety. The basics were there, and it was a pleasant meal. I loved Niccolo Chengdu's unusual location and its facilities, especially the indoor garden, which gave the hotel a calm, distinctive feel. My room was very spacious, with a really comfortable bed. I also liked the décor and the warm welcome at reception. Being able to sit during check-in makes things feel more relaxed and personal. There was a small dinner event while I was staying. I arrived late and missed some of it, but the banquet team still arranged for the full 5 course menu to be delivered to my room. That was a real wow moment and showed thoughtful hospitality. A stylish, beautiful hotel with some very kind service. I left with good memories and would happily return.

I had a fabulous stay at Niccolo Hotel Chengdu and would gladly come back. From the porter through to the front office, everyone was warm, professional, and attentive. Housekeeping did a lot to make me comfortable, and the turndown service was a lovely extra. I stayed yesterday and had a fantastic experience.

What made the stay especially easy was how the staff looked after my Taobao packages before I arrived. The bell boy was also always ready to welcome me and help with baggage or shopping bags. Service was warm, professional, and attentive the whole time. Niccolo Chengdu sits right in the city center, next to IFS and just steps from Tai Koo Li, with shopping and dining close by. It was a great mix of convenience and hospitality, and I'd highly recommend it.

The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection, and I appreciated the welcome fruit and snacks, along with the nice new toiletries. The view of the Temple and Taikoo Li was amazing. It's also in a great location, with bright lighting and a friendly, attentive team that made the place feel like a luxury hotel. I liked it much more than the Ritz Carlton I had originally booked, so I cancelled my remaining nights there. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

The pastry here is hard to describe. The birthday cake from the lobby lounge tasted terrific, and the pictures say it all. The hotel has well-sized guest rooms and Florence-made boutique bath amenities designed for the brand. Breakfast is thoughtfully chosen, mixing Chengdu flavours with Western options, and hot dishes can be ordered so they're served at their best. The location is right among the city's fashionable, trendy, iconic places that visitors want to see. It's the first luxury lifestyle hotel brand from The Wharf Hotel Management, a renowned Hong Kong-based asset management company with landmarks in key cities across China.
