Nostalgia S Hotel (Chengdu KuanZhai Alley)

The price is amazing for this place, and I honestly couldn't recommend it enough ❤️. The restaurant opposite was the best food we had in Chengdu, though that's a little tip about the area rather than the hotel. The rooms are cute, the bed is really comfortable, and everyone working there is lovely. They include so many little things in the room that I'm sure they've already thought of whatever you might need.

We were there for 10 days in December, and it was the best stay we've had anywhere. It made our trip so much better. The room was beautiful, cozy, and exceptionally clean. It's near Renmin (People’s) Park, and the train station is a 5-10mins walk away. The staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating, and made sure we had what we needed. I'd also suggest the cafe right opposite the hotel, where the food was delicious and the owners were friendly. We'd 100% come back if we visit Chengdu again.

The staff were the best part of my stay at Nostalgia Hotel (Kuanzhai Alley, Chengdu). They were patient, kind, and genuinely helpful, answering all my questions and offering suggestions without ever seeming annoyed, even though I asked a lot. That made a real difference. I also enjoyed breakfast: it was fresh, tasty, satisfying, and nicely prepared, with a clean, comfortable dining area. The hotel is close to Kuanzhai Alley, handy for sightseeing, trying local food, and soaking up the atmosphere. After a long day out, it was nice to return to somewhere quiet and comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent throughout, from the lobby and corridors to the room. Everything was neat and well maintained, the room felt fresh, the bed was comfortable, the toilet and shower area were clean, and housekeeping kept up the room each day. The cosy feel made it easy to relax as soon as I checked in. I had a five-star experience and would stay again when I'm back in Chengdu.

The staff helped me communicate with the airlines after my luggage was left behind in Malaysia. They even asked the airlines about compensation and gave me all the support I needed. Thank you to everyone who helped. The rates are very cheap, and they provide free laundry every day as well as a night snack in the lobby. Kuanzhai Alley and People’s park are both within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
