Tourists should absolutely avoid booking this hotel. I had paid and received confirmation through Agoda, including a PDF by email, but shortly before I boarded my plane, Agoda told me the hotel had rejected the booking because I was a tourist. Nobody had informed me earlier. This was absurd and felt uncivilized, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Agoda also hadn't made clear that the hotel was only for Chinese guests. ❌
