The private garden and pool at the villa were lovely, and the surroundings are peaceful for a walk. It also makes a nice spot for photos in daylight or at night. Breakfast had a good selection. There were lots of mosquitoes, though, so bring repellent. The villa is a little way from the hotel, but you can call for a buddy or simply walk there. This is one of the most luxurious hotels on the outskirts of Chengdu.

The service made our stay at Song Hotel Chengdu Qingcheng especially memorable. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, and the food was beautifully presented, with local flavors given a modern touch. Set at the foot of Qingcheng Mountain, the hotel is surrounded by nature. Its architecture fits the landscape, and the whole place feels peaceful and inspiring. Our spacious, thoughtfully designed room had plenty of natural light and a calm, refined feel. Waking up to the quiet sounds of nature and views of the greenery was unforgettable. We'd gladly return. For a stay that brings together design, tranquility, and world-class hospitality, Song Hotel Chengdu Qingcheng felt perfect to us.

The rooms and beds were clean, and the staff provided good service. The hotel is in a tourist area. One bathroom door serves both the wet and dry areas, though, so when one room is using it, the other room can't use theirs at the same time. That's why I took off points.
