I feel deeply grateful to everyone on the “House of Healing” program team for this year’s program on 14Jun26. The hotel is beautiful, and every corner feels peaceful, like a place made for healing. Kylie and Kyle (the spa manager) led the warm, intuitive service, which felt flawless. The activities were wonderful, too. Yan did my Zeva Hair spa treatment, and both that and the massage treatments were better than ones I’ve had at several luxury hotels in Hong Kong n Asia. Thankyou to all the staff !!!

I especially liked spending time at Jing bar, and the weekend brunch at Tivano is worth trying too. The food was high quality, with a free-flow option, and it’s the cheapest Upper House among their hotels. They sometimes hold yoga classes in the courtyard on weekends, which I’d recommend. The hotel is right by Taikoo place, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the location and service are excellent for travellers. Upper house Cheng Du is one of the best hotels in town, maybe even in China. I had a great time there. Excellent price and exceptional service. Love it.

There’s lots of outdoor space here, which is hard to find in the city center, and the location is 10/10. The back door opens into a high-end shopping center, while there’s a big choice of food across the street from the front entrance. We booked three upgraded rooms through AMX for a four-day family trip to the Upper House ChengDu in May 2026. We ate at three restaurants.

The Italian restaurant at the hotel was really good, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and would come back next time we’re in Chengdu. Highly recommend it!

The room had a balcony and views of Tai Koo Li, and it was clean and comfortable. Staff were professional and friendly, and the location is close to shopping in a great part of Chengdu. Breakfast was decent, with an all-you-can-eat setup. I had an amazing experience at Chengdu Upper House. We’ll stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu, and I definitely recommend it.
