The rooms at Wyndham Grand are luxurious, but the service at breakfast left a lot to be desired. At around 7:15 a.m., while it was busy, my wife ordered noodles and accidentally spilled the bowl on herself. The restaurant manager was right there but ignored what happened and didn’t help. She went back to our room to clean up, then returned to find most of the dishes gone. Breakfast had only started at 7 a.m., so this was about 45 minutes in. The hotel’s breakfast looks very nice in the photos, but during the busy period they replenished few of the dishes. We had a busy schedule and didn’t wait around.
