We stayed five nights and had a perfect time. The room was spacious, breakfast had lots of choices, and they made the bed and changed the towels every day. The front desk and other staff were very friendly. Being close to the metro made it easy to explore the city. We’d absolutely recommend it.

The service was exceptional, and the location is spot on. Rooms are spacious and the mattresses are perfect. Breakfast is the one thing I’d like to see improved. The price and quality are a good match, but I’d expect a little more effort from a four-star hotel.

Kaoyu hotel in Chongqing is right in the downtown center, and we could walk to everything we needed. The room was spacious, and the receptionist was consistently helpful. All the staff were attentive, and we had a great experience with both the team and the facilities. Breakfast leaned more toward local flavors, though there were some good western choices too. I’d recommend it to family and friends.

Breakfast was authentic and delicious, and the staff were friendly and happy to help with all our requests. The entrance could use some improvement, though. It’s in an old shopping mall and feels dated.
