The Executive Lounge was a nice place to spend time, and we really enjoyed the evening manager’s reception. Breakfast on the second floor was delicious, with plenty of choices. Our suite was spotless and felt worthy of a five-star luxury hotel, and the staff were consistently professional and courteous. Brenda Zheng, the Guest Service Manager, was outstanding at making sure we were looked after. My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Chongqing from Sunday, October 12 to Tuesday, October 14, 2025. As a Lifetime Diamond member, I was upgraded to a beautiful suite, and the whole team gave us a warm welcome. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the Metro and close to several local attractions. We told Ms. Brenda Zheng we’d be back for another wonderful stay in 2026, and we highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

We had a lovely view of both rivers from a room that was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of options from local dishes to Western food. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, answering questions and handling requests quickly whenever we needed them. The subway is a short walk away, making it easy to get wherever you need to go.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept really well. Our room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and ready to answer questions or help when we needed it. Louis and Brenda were especially friendly and gave good service. The subway isn’t far, so it’s easy to get around from there. I’d recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives, and I’ll come back again. I LOVE CHONGQING!!! Love, Jenn

An absolute nightmare, the worst Hilton ever. The hotel is very old, and the pool is disgusting, with water dripping from the ceiling. The hot water changes temperature on its own and could burn you. Breakfast was average at best, and almost none of the staff speak English.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and the hotel has done a good job so far. On my latest visit, Liana (Ms. Lian） helped me and went above and beyond. The suite rooms have a classic feel, and breakfast has a great variety. The Executive Lounge is pretty good too, with Chongqing beer at dinner. I’ll have to come back and try the pool area next time.
