The location is really good, and the staff were friendly, from reception to the cleaning team. Service was very good, too. There’s a laundry area, with soap and clean plastic for washed clothes, and you can dry your laundry there. They also gave us extra drinking water. The building and rooms feel old, though. The lobby is on the 9th floor, and you have to climb a high staircase to reach the elevator. There are two elevators, but one was being repaired, so the long queue for the one in use was really annoying. The corridor carpet looked dirty and dull. Our room smelled musty, and while it was quite spacious, the bathroom also looked old and dull. There was lots of dust under the sofa, a rusty metal part at the bottom of the clothes-hanger cupboard, and the toilet clogged on our last day.
