The accommodation and service were great, and the location is convenient near Hongyatong. One of the three rooms in my booking had a slight smoke smell. There's no drop-off area at the entrance.

Being right in the middle of Chongqing was a huge plus. Mercure Chongqing Jiefangbei Hongya Cave is close to Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave, and you can walk to the main squares, restaurants, and viewpoints without taking the metro. Even with all that going on nearby, the rooms stayed quiet and peaceful at night. The staff were kind, attentive, and ready to help with directions, local suggestions, or little requests. Breakfast had a pleasant mix of Eastern and Western choices. It was a comfortable, well-run stay, and I'd recommend Mercure Chongqing Jiefangbei Hongya Cave to anyone visiting.

The hotel is a handy base for exploring the Hongya Cave area. Staff were helpful, the breakfast was nice and affordable, and there’s free self-service laundry.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I also found it good value. With Jiefangbei and Bayi Food Street right nearby, it was easy to find food, drinks, and places to have fun. I'll choose Mercure Chongqing Jiefangbei Hotel again next time I'm in Chongqing. 👍
