Minghao International Hotel

I stayed here in 2018, and the way the staff treated me still makes me angry enough to write this review two years later. They were horribly rude and condescending. The manager tried to tell me my concerns were in my head while we were looking right at the thermostat, which was capped high. Great customer service, ha. The room itself was gorgeous, but the restaurant served the worst food I had in Hangzhou during the three months I worked there. It was disgustingly greasy. The air conditioner had such a restrictive cap that I was boiling and could barely sleep. When I was in the room, I basically lived in the bathtub because I was so hot. I left early and found a lovely hotel up the street. I'd avoid this one.
