The service is great, and it's a very nice hotel. The location isn't very convenient, unfortunately, but a Didi taxi can sort that out.

The noise started on May 21. A large vehicle was parked in the open area downstairs with its engine running, while staff pushed carts and worked nearby. The exhaust and work sounds carried on until 6 AM, so I couldn't sleep all night. The next night, tourists getting out of vehicles woke me around 11 PM. At 11:30, several vehicles were still there with their lights on and engines running, making that same constant exhaust noise. I called the front desk, but the man who answered told me to contact my tour guide and hung up. It finally went quiet at midnight, but I was angry about the noise and the staff's attitude and couldn't sleep. The hotel has three parking levels, so why was work happening downstairs in front of the guest building?
