So far, this is my favorite hotel in China. The staff are warm and welcoming. Their English isn't always great, but they really make an effort to help and understand you. I appreciated that more than at a much pricier hotel in Beijing, where they would say they couldn't help if they didn't understand. I can't say enough about how hospitable this hotel is. Keep up the good work. I'm a very happy guest.

We had trouble on our final morning: two of the four people in my family were refused breakfast, even though I'd explained that my platinum status should cover all four guests in the room. It was confusing, especially given my many past stays at other Accor and Pullman hotels in different countries. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new, roomy, and comfortable. It's an easy walk to Chongqing North train station for our onward trip to Jiuzhaigou. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including local dishes, and the beef noodles were among the best we tried in Chongqing.
